Q.  Where can I buy Zobmondo!! products?
You can purchase now in our online store, or visit any of our national or regional retailers.

Q.  After I place my online order at the Zobmondo!! Online Store, when will my shipment arrive?
Products are usually shipped the next business day. Standard ground shipping typically takes 4-5 business days to arrive.  Shipping charges may apply.

Cutoff for all express shipping options OTHER than UPS Ground is 4:00PM EST. Please count only standard business days when estimating delivery dates. For Example: The "2-Day Select" shipping option takes two business days from the ship date to arrive.  Thank you.

Q.  What is your return policy?
Returns and refunds will be considered with prior approval. Please do not send your product back to us without contacting us first. Thanks for your cooperation.

Q.  What if I submit my order and my credit card cannot be processed?
If we successfully receive your online order, but cannot process your credit card for any reason, we will alert you by email within two (2) business days. Since we cannot charge your card until after we have shipped your product, we will have no choice but to report all delinquent accounts to our collection agency.  We make every effort to resolve each conflict before taking action which may negatively affect your credit rating.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Q.  Do you ship internationally?
We are not able to ship internationally at this time.  Please visit our Retailers page to find online retailers that ship internationally.  Thank you.

Q.  Not even Canada?
At this time we do not ship to Canada either. Our fulfillment house is not able to ship using the US Post Office and other forms of ground shipping are not cost effective to our customers.  Please try one of our other online retail partners.

Q.  Can I order by phone?
We are not set up to accept phone orders at this time.  Please see the phone order policies of our other retail partners by clicking on our Retailers page.

Q.  Can I order by mail?
We cannot accept orders by mail at this time either.  Our systems are specifically set up for online orders only.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Q.  I want to order from your website. How does Zobmondo!! Entertainment protect my personal information?
Our online payment process is facilitated by PayPal, one of the world's leading online payment platforms; and their online order process is 100% secure. Q. I am a retailer. Can I carry your products?

Q.  I lost my instructions. Can I get another copy?
Sure. Please find your game first by visiting the Products section of this website.  Rules will soon be available for download from the Detail page of each specific game.

Q.  I opened my game and there are missing parts and pieces. What should I do?

Q.  Is Zobmondo!! going to come out with additional games?
Yes. New or future products can be found on the Products page of this website.
