In order to provide our users with certain products or services on our Site, Zobmondo and its affiliates may collect different types of information. Passive Collection

Zobmondo Postcards

This allows the recipient to be able to access and retrieve your electronic postcard, send

an electronic postcard back to the user or enable other features or services.

Zobmondo takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information. Physical, electronic and policy measures are in place to minimise the loss, misuse, or altering of any information we receive from users. Additionally, when users are asked to enter a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the advanced encryption software. Encryption makes unauthorised access to the information much more difficult. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take reasonable precautions to protect user-information off-line. Although the Site is a general audience site, portions of the Site pertaining to Zobmondo kid's games - Zobmondo!! You Gotta Be Kidding, Zobmondo!! Would You Rather Classic, and The Ladybug Game - may appeal to children under 13. In order to help protect children and to comply with applicable law, Zobmondo takes special measures to protect the privacy of those under age 13 ("Children"). Therefore, the following provisions apply to the Zobmondo!! You Gotta Be Kidding, Zobmondo!! Would You Rather Classic, and The Ladybug Game portions of the Site and to any user that Zobmondo has actual knowledge is under 13:

 

Zobmondo makes an effort to minimise the Personal Information (e.g. first and last name, address, phone number, email address, etc.), that it knowingly collects from Children and generally limits the information it knowingly collects to nonpersonal information (e.g. screen name, gender, post code, etc.).
